This Privacy Policy describes how Aventus Fusion LLC (“we,” “us,” “our,” or “LazoAI”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit lazoai.com, use the LazoAI platform, or interact with communications sent through the LazoAI system. This policy applies to two categories of individuals: (1) LazoAI Subscribers — the real estate professionals who subscribe to and use the LazoAI platform; and (2) End Consumers — the homebuyers, sellers, property leads, and other individuals whose personal information is processed through the LazoAI platform by Subscribers.

Aventus Fusion LLC is a limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, with its principal place of business in Bayamón, Puerto Rico.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information Collected from Subscribers

When you register for, subscribe to, or use the LazoAI platform, we collect the following categories of personal information:

  • Identity Data: Full name, business name, real estate license number

  • Contact Data: Email address, phone number, business address

  • Account Credentials: Username and encrypted password

  • Billing Data: Subscription plan selected, billing address (credit card data is collected and processed

    exclusively by Stripe, Inc. and is never stored on LazoAI servers)

  • Usage Data: Login history, feature usage, automation activity logs, email and SMS send/delivery records

  • Communications Data: Emails, SMS messages, and chat transcripts sent and received through the

    platform

  • CRM Data: Contact records, pipeline data, notes, tags, and custom fields entered by the Subscriber

1.2 Information Collected from End Consumers

Through the platform’s lead capture forms, AI-powered chatbot, and SMS/email automation sequences operated by Subscribers, the following End Consumer data may be collected and processed:

  • Identity Data: First name, last name

  • Contact Data: Email address, mobile phone number

  • Location Data: City, state, zip code (entered voluntarily via lead forms)

  • Property Interest Data: Property type, price range, neighborhoods of interest, buy/sell intent, timeline

  • Communication History: SMS messages, emails, and chatbot conversation transcripts between the system and the End Consumer

  • Behavioral Data: Email open rates, link clicks, form submission records, SMS opt-in/opt-out status

  • Device and Technical Data: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system (collected automatically via cookies and similar technologies)

1.3 Sesitive Data

LazoAI does not intentionally collect sensitive personal data categories, including Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, health information, biometric data, racial or ethnic origin, or government-issued identification numbers. If such data is inadvertently entered into the platform — whether by a Subscriber through manual data entry or file upload, by an End Consumer through a lead capture form, chatbot conversation, or free-text field, or through any other means — it falls outside the intended use of the service and is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy. Subscribers are responsible for configuring their lead capture forms and communication workflows to avoid soliciting sensitive data categories from End Consumers.

1.4 Children's Data

LazoAI is not directed at individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information for the following purposes:

  • Service Delivery: Operating the CRM platform, executing automation workflows, sending communications on behalf of Subscribers, and providing the contracted SaaS functionality

  • Account Management: Subscriber onboarding, billing and subscription management, technical support, and account administration

  • Platform Improvement: Aggregate, de-identified usage analytics to improve features, performance, and user experience (we do not conduct individual profiling for advertising purposes)

  • Subscriber Communications: Service-related emails, product updates, maintenance notices, and support responses

  • Legal Compliance: Retaining records as required by applicable federal, state, or territorial law, and responding to lawful legal process

  • Security: Detecting, preventing, and responding to fraud, abuse, security incidents, and technical issues

Important Clarification Regarding End Consumer Communications: SMS messages, emails, and chatbot conversations sent to End Consumers through the LazoAI platform are sent on behalf of the Subscriber (the real estate agent or brokerage), not by LazoAI directly. The Subscriber is the sender of record and is responsible for obtaining all legally required consents before initiating communications through the platform. LazoAI acts as the technology provider that facilitates these communications.

3. Artificial Intelligence Disclosure

LazoAI uses AI-powered components as part of its platform functionality. These components include:

  • Conversation AI: An AI-powered chatbot that engages website visitors and inbound leads in real-time conversation to qualify interest and capture contact information

  • AI Employee: An automated AI agent capable of handling multi-step conversations across SMS, chat, and email channels without direct human intervention

  • AI Workflow Builder: An AI-assisted automation construction tool used by the LazoAI administrator (not End Consumers)

Disclosure: When End Consumers interact with LazoAI’s AI-powered chatbot or automated conversation agents, they may be communicating with an artificial intelligence system rather than a human. LazoAI requires that all AI-initiated conversations include a clear disclosure that the communication is assisted by AI technology. This disclosure is provided in compliance with California SB 1001 (the Bolstering Online Transparency Act), FTC guidance on AI-generated commercial communications, and industry best practices applicable nationwide.

Subscribers are required by our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy to maintain AI disclosures in all automated communication sequences operated through the LazoAI platform.

4. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell personal information of Subscribers or End Consumers to third parties. We do not use personal information for third-party advertising targeting. We share personal information only in the following circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers and Data Processors

We share personal information with the following categories of service providers who process data on our behalf to deliver the LazoAI platform:

  • GoHighLevel (HighLevel Inc.): Core platform infrastructure provider — CRM, automation engine, email/SMS delivery, AI chatbot, and website hosting. GoHighLevel acts as a data processor; LazoAI (Aventus Fusion LLC) acts as the data controller. GoHighLevel branding is not visible to Subscribers or End Consumers. GoHighLevel’s privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy available at gohighlevel.com/privacy-policy.

  • Stripe, Inc.: Payment processing for Subscriber billing. Stripe collects and stores credit card data directly; LazoAI does not store credit card numbers. Stripe’s privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy available at stripe.com/privacy.

  • LC Email / Mailgun (Sinch Email): Email delivery services for transactional and marketing emails sent on behalf of Subscribers.

  • LC Phone System (Twilio-based): SMS and voice telephony services for automated text messaging and call routing.

  • Zoho Corporation: Business email hosting for LazoAI administrative communications.

  • Namecheap: Domain registration and DNS management.

4.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose personal information if required to do so by law, regulation, legal process, or enforceable governmental request, including in response to valid subpoenas, court orders, or government investigations.

4.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of our assets, personal information may be transferred as part of the transaction. We will provide notice before personal information becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

4.4 With Subscriber Consent

We may share information as directed by a Subscriber in connection with their use of the platform, including CRM data exports and integration configurations initiated by the Subscriber.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

lazoai.com and the LazoAI platform use cookies and similar tracking technologies. A cookie is a small data file placed on your device when you visit a website. We use the following categories of cookies:

5.1 Essential Cookies

These cookies are necessary for the operation of the platform, including login session management, security tokens, and core functionality. These cookies cannot be disabled without impairing your ability to use the service.

5.2 Analytics Cookies

We may use analytics cookies (such as Google Analytics or similar services) to collect aggregate information about website traffic, page views, and user behavior patterns. This data is used to improve our website and platform. Analytics cookies collect data in aggregate and do not identify individual visitors.

5.3 Marketing and Advertising Cookies

If deployed, marketing cookies (such as Facebook Pixel, Google Ads tracking, or similar tools) enable targeted advertising and campaign measurement. If marketing cookies are used, they will be disclosed here and will require your consent before activation where required by applicable law.

The GoHighLevel platform infrastructure may set cookies in connection with the Subscriber portal and client-facing pages. These cookies are governed by GoHighLevel’s cookie practices as described in their privacy policy.

5.5 Managing Cookies

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to refuse cookies or alert you when cookies are being sent. Please note that disabling essential cookies may prevent you from using certain features of the platform. A cookie consent banner is displayed on lazoai.com to allow you to manage non-essential cookie preferences.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

  • Right to Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you

  • Right to Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data

  • Right to Deletion: Request deletion of your personal data, subject to legal retention requirements

  • Right to Data Portability: Request export of your personal data in a commonly used, machine-readable format

  • Right to Opt-Out: Opt out of marketing communications from LazoAI; for End Consumer opt-out of Subscriber communications, contact the Subscriber directly or reply STOP to any SMS message

  • Right to Object to Automated Processing: Object to decisions made solely through automated processing, including AI-driven lead scoring or qualification, to the extent applicable under law

California Residents: If you are a California resident, you may have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA), including the right to know what personal information is collected, the right to delete, the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and the right to non-discrimination. End Consumer Note: If you are an End Consumer whose data has been processed through the LazoAI platform by a Subscriber (real estate agent), please direct your initial request to the Subscriber with whom you have a relationship. If the Subscriber is unable to assist, you may contact LazoAI directly at [email protected] and we will work to resolve your request.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, subject to the following retention periods:

  • Active Subscriber Data: Retained for the duration of the active subscription plus twelve (12) months following cancellation or termination

  • End Consumer Data: Retained for the duration of the Subscriber’s active subscription plus ninety (90) days. Subscribers may export their CRM data prior to account closure.

  • SMS/TCPA Consent Records: Minimum four (4) years, consistent with FCC guidance and industry best practices for demonstrating prior express written consent

  • Billing and Financial Records: Seven (7) years, consistent with standard accounting and tax retention practices

  • Security Incident Logs: Three (3) years minimum

  • Opt-Out Records: Maintained indefinitely to ensure ongoing compliance with do-not-contact preferences

Upon expiration of the applicable retention period, personal information is securely deleted or anonymized.

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical security measures to protect personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. These measures include:

  • Encryption in transit via TLS/HTTPS across all platform communications

  • Encryption at rest through the GoHighLevel infrastructure

  • Password-protected Subscriber account access with support for two-factor authentication

  • PCI DSS-compliant payment processing through Stripe (LazoAI does not store credit card data)

  • SPF, DKIM, and DMARC email authentication to prevent spoofing and phishing

  • Contractual security commitments from infrastructure providers (GoHighLevel, Stripe, Mailgun)

No method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially reasonable measures to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify affected individuals and relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable law, including Florida’s Information Protection Act (as amended) and any other applicable state or federal breach notification requirements.

9. International Data Transfers

LazoAI’s services are primarily directed at users located in the United States, including Puerto Rico. Personal information is processed and stored on servers located in the United States through our infrastructure providers. If you access the platform from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States, where data protection laws may differ from those in your jurisdiction.

10. Third-Party Links

The LazoAI platform or communications sent through the platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or applications that are not operated by us. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you access through our platform.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. We will post the revised Privacy Policy on lazoai.com with an updated “Last Updated” date. For material changes, we will provide notice to Subscribers via email or platform notification at least thirty (30) days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of a revised Privacy Policy constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
